1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and YOT Transportation LLC ("YOT", "we", "us"), a Texas limited liability company providing chauffeured ground transportation in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. By requesting a quote, making a reservation, or riding in a vehicle we provide, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and every passenger in your party.
Our Ride Policies and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms. If a written quote or corporate agreement states a different term for a specific trip, that document controls for that trip.
2. Reservations
A reservation exists only after we confirm it by phone, text message, or email. A quote request through our website is not a reservation.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the pickup address, drop-off address, date, time, passenger count, luggage count, and flight number you give us.
- Passenger and luggage counts may not exceed the rated capacity of the vehicle reserved. If your party grows, tell us in advance so we can assign a suitable vehicle.
- Reservations are for the vehicle class booked. Specific makes and models are not guaranteed.
- We may decline or cancel any reservation, with a full refund of any prepaid amount, if we cannot provide the service safely or as requested.
3. Rates, fees & payment
We quote flat, all-inclusive rates for point-to-point trips and hourly rates for as-directed service. Unless your quote says otherwise, a quoted rate includes the base fare, fuel, standard tolls, airport fees, and a 20% chauffeur gratuity. The rate we quote is the rate you pay, provided the trip is performed as booked.
Charges that may be added
- Wait time beyond the grace periods in Section 5, billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.
- Extra stops not on the confirmed itinerary: $25 per stop en route. Stops that materially change the route may be billed as hourly service.
- Hourly minimums: 2 hours for sedans and SUVs, 3 hours for Sprinters, 4 hours for motor coaches, unless otherwise quoted.
- After-hours surcharge for pickups between midnight and 5:00 a.m., and holiday surcharges on major holidays, always disclosed on your quote.
- Damage and cleaning fees described in Section 11.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, and approved corporate accounts may be invoiced. A valid card is required to hold every reservation and may be charged for the fare, any additional charges under these Terms, and cancellation or no-show fees. Special events and multi-vehicle bookings may require a deposit, which is stated on the quote. Invoices not paid within 30 days accrue a late charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.
4. Cancellations, changes & no-shows
Cancel or change a reservation by calling or texting (469) 463-6254 or emailing yonasmamush@yahoo.com. A cancellation is effective when we acknowledge it.
| Service | Cancel without charge | Late cancellation |
|---|---|---|
| Sedan or SUV point-to-point transfer | 24 hours before pickup | Full fare |
| Hourly or as-directed service, Sprinter | 72 hours before pickup | Full booked minimum |
| Motor coach, weddings and special events | 7 days before pickup | Full fare; deposits non-refundable |
- Reducing booked hours inside the cancellation window is treated as a cancellation of the hours removed.
- No-shows. If we cannot reach you and you have not met the vehicle within 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time (or after the wait-time grace period for airport arrivals), the trip is a no-show and the full fare is charged. Always call us before leaving a pickup location.
- If we cancel for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of any amount paid, and that refund is our only obligation.
5. Wait time
- Standard pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time.
- Domestic airport arrivals: 45 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual landing time we track.
- International airport arrivals: 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual landing time.
After the grace period, wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate. Wait time on hourly reservations is simply part of the booked time.
6. Airport transfers
We track the flight number you give us and adjust the pickup to the actual arrival time at no charge. If you change flights, tell us the new flight number as soon as you know it. Pickups for a flight we were not told about are handled as new reservations, subject to availability.
- DFW International Airport. Terminal curbs are for active loading only, so your chauffeur stages nearby and pulls up when you are curbside with your bags. With meet-and-greet service, your chauffeur waits inside at baggage claim with a name sign and walks you to the vehicle.
- Dallas Love Field. Pre-arranged limousine and black-car pickups take place in the airport's designated limousine pickup area in Garage B. Follow the airport's ground transportation signs; your chauffeur will text exact directions.
- Airport-imposed access fees are included in quoted airport rates.
7. Passenger conduct & safety
- Seat belts must be worn where provided. Passengers must follow the chauffeur's reasonable safety instructions and remain seated while the vehicle is moving.
- No smoking or vaping of any substance in any vehicle.
- No illegal drugs. No weapons where prohibited by law or by the venue we are taking you to.
- No standing through sunroofs, hanging out of windows, or interfering with the chauffeur or vehicle controls.
- Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior toward the chauffeur or other passengers is not tolerated.
The chauffeur may end a trip immediately, without refund, if a passenger violates this section or the chauffeur reasonably believes continuing is unsafe. The person who made the reservation is responsible for the conduct of every passenger in the party.
8. Alcohol-free vehicles
YOT vehicles are alcohol-free. Texas law (Penal Code §49.031) makes an exception to the open-container rule for passengers in vehicles for hire, but we do not use that exception. Open containers and consumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted in any YOT vehicle, on any trip, regardless of passenger age.
We will happily transport sealed alcohol purchased for an event as luggage in the cargo area. Passengers who appear severely intoxicated may be refused service for their own safety, and any trip ended for an alcohol violation is non-refundable.
9. Children & minors
- Texas law (Transportation Code §545.412) does not require vehicles for hire to provide child safety seats. We strongly recommend one for every child under 8 years old or shorter than 4 feet 9 inches, and will provide a rear-facing, forward-facing, or booster seat on request at no charge when you tell us at booking. A parent or guardian must install and secure the seat; chauffeurs cannot install child seats.
- Children count toward the vehicle's passenger capacity.
- Passengers under 18 are transported only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who remains responsible for the minor's conduct and any charges.
10. Luggage, pets & belongings
- Luggage must fit safely within the cargo area of the vehicle booked. Fleet capacities are listed on our fleet page. Oversized items such as golf bags, skis, or strollers should be mentioned at booking.
- Service animals are always welcome. Other pets are welcome by prior arrangement in a carrier or on a blanket; a cleaning fee applies if the vehicle requires special cleaning.
- You are responsible for your personal belongings. We make reasonable efforts to return items left in a vehicle and will arrange delivery at your expense, but we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
11. Damage & cleaning fees
The person who made the reservation is responsible for damage to the vehicle, and for cleaning beyond normal use, caused by any passenger in the party. Charges are made to the card on file.
| Incident | Charge |
|---|---|
| Special cleaning (spills, sickness, bodily fluids, excessive mess) | $250 minimum |
| Smoking or vaping in the vehicle | $300, plus trip termination |
| Torn or stained upholstery, broken fixtures or electronics | Actual repair or replacement cost, $250 minimum |
| Loss of use while a vehicle is cleaned or repaired | Documented lost revenue |
12. Delays, substitutions & events beyond our control
We plan every trip with traffic and airport conditions in mind, but we are not liable for delays or failures caused by traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, airport or venue operations, mechanical failure, acts of government, or other events beyond our reasonable control. If a reserved vehicle becomes unavailable, we may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater class at no additional charge, or, if we cannot, refund any amount paid for the affected trip.
We recommend allowing generous time for flights and time-critical events. Our liability for a missed flight, connection, or event is limited to the fare paid for that trip.
13. Insurance & liability
YOT operates under the transportation-for-hire rules of the cities and airports it serves, including City of Dallas Code Chapter 47A, and maintains commercial automobile liability insurance at or above the limits those rules require: $500,000 combined single limit for vehicles carrying up to 8 passengers and $1,000,000 for vehicles carrying 9 or more.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a trip is limited to the fare paid for that trip, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed events. We are not liable for injuries resulting from a passenger's own intoxication or from altercations between passengers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Privacy & recordings
We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. For safety and quality, YOT vehicles may be equipped with dash cameras that record the road and the vehicle interior. Recordings are used only for safety, incident review, and legal compliance.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If a dispute arises, contact us first; most concerns are resolved with a phone call. Any claim that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to that venue. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your reservation applies to that reservation.
